We ship to all valid addresses throughout India, including metropolitan cities, small towns, and rural areas.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Metro cities), 5-7 business days (Other areas)
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (Metro cities), 2-3 business days (Other areas) – Charges Applicable for Extra
• Same Day Delivery: Available in select areas of Chennai only – Charges Applicable for Extra

Shipping Costs

• Orders below ₹6,000: ₹300 shipping fee
• Orders between ₹6,000-₹8,000: ₹180 shipping fee
• Orders above ₹8,000: Free shipping

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on business days are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 12:00 AM IST or on holidays are processed the next business day
• Processing time is separate from shipping time

Tracking Information

• All shipments include tracking information
• Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships
• You can also track your order through your account on our website

Shipping Restrictions

• Certain remote areas may have extended delivery timeframes

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes to shipping address must be requested before order processing
• You can contact our customer support team at customercare@americantraveller.in to change your shipping address or product related
• Shipping method upgrades are subject to additional fees
• Order cancellations must be requested before shipping to receive full refund

Missing or Damaged Packages
