Warranty Coverage:

– American Traveller luggage comes with a warranty to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the travel gear (‘Product’) from the date of purchase of the Product for the period specified in the authorized Warranty Card / Digital Warranty.

– The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

– If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect during this time, we will repair it or, at our discretion, replace it with the same or similar model.

Please note that this warranty is not unconditional:-
-The warranty does not cover damages caused by the following:
A. Defects not reported timely to the Company within the said warranty period.Damages caused by mishandling by airlines, transport companies, or couriers or any other third parties.
B. Wear and tear from regular use such as scratches, dents, stains, fading, or accidental damage. Damages such as zip bursts, cracks, dents and scratches to any of the components, tearing of inner lining or any other fabrics.
C. Misuse, negligence, exposure to extreme conditions (such as heat, solvents, water), or alteration of the product.
D. Any repairs made by unauthorized service centers or individuals will void the warranty.
E. Powder coating, gold plating, wood finish on locks, frames channels/trolley and on all other metallic surfaces. Replacement/repair of briefcase folios and suitcase divider flaps.

If it is a warranty card it will be valid only if it is filled in, duly signed & stamped by an Authorized dealer/store/outlet. If you have purchased from Online then please Email us register at our website www.americantraveller.in to obtain digital warranty, the warranty card/digital and the original invoice for the purchase must be produced along with the defective Product.

Proof of Purchase:

To avail warranty services, the original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of claim.

Repair & Replacement:
– In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair/replace the defective parts of the product at no cost. If the product cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement.
– Replacement will be made with the same or a comparable equivalent product if the original model is no longer available.
– In case spares of discontinued models/product are not available, the company may, at its discretion, offer an equivalent model at a specific rate.

Warranty Period:
The warranty is valid for 730 Days from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. Warranty claims after this period will not be honored.

Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the luggage, including regular cleaning, proper storage, and avoiding overloading the bag beyond its intended capacity.

The warranty applies to both offline and online marketplace, but repair services must be requested from an authorized service center.
Shipping fees for sending the product to the repair center are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Service Centers:
For any repairs or warranty services, please contact our authorized service centers. You can find the nearest center by visiting our website or contacting customer care.

8. No Warranty Extension:
Please note, warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period. The warranty on the repaired or replaced product will continue for the remainder of the original warranty period.

9. The company’s liability under this warranty shall in no event and under no circumstances exceed the price paid by the customer to the company for the goods stated in the invoice.

How to Claim the Warranty:

1. Contact American Traveller Customer Care at customercare@americantraveller.in to report the issue.
2. Provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase along with the product details.

Submit the following details and images via the provided email address.

Front image of the bag.
Date of Purchase.
Invoice copy.
Warranty card copy.
Clear images of the Defective product.
Complete postal address with pin code to receive the replacement, in case of approval.
Submit given details/Images To Claim Warranty.

3. We will guide you to the nearest authorized service center for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Any disputes arising out of the applicability/usage of this warranty card is subject to Indian laws and the courts at The Chennai,Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
